All sales are final on Custom Framing and Frame At Home Orders. Other merchandise is accepted for credit or exchange if returned in sellable condition within 30 days and accompanied by a sales receipt. All returns may be sent to our Customer Service Center upon approval from Customer Service representative, or you may take your return to any of our retail stores.
A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit.
